I lead the distribution, franchise, and trade business for the Apparel, Gear, and Travel categories in Delhi and Haryana. Responsible for driving an annual business of ₹45 crores through three distributors for luggage and gear, and two distributors for the apparel category. I manage over 380 retailers for the travel category and 110 dealers for apparel across these regions. My team includes two Area Managers, three executives, one service engineer, and eight DSOs.Target Planning and Achievement: Develop yearly targets, break them down into monthly goals, and assign these targets to the team. Create and implement a roadmap to ensure 100% target achievement.Sales Events Organization: Coordinate three major sales events annually: Back to School Dealers Meet for backpack collections, Spring-Summer Collection, and Autumn-Winter Collection Roadshows for apparel to highlight new launches.Service Management: Resolve all service-related issues within a turnaround time (TAT) of 7 days by coordinating with sales, service, and channel partners.Stock and Sales Planning: Manage stock planning to meet primary outlook numbers month-on-month. Assign secondary targets to the sales team and ensure their achievement.ROI and KPIs: Ensure a healthy return on investment (ROI) for all channel partners by adhering to key performance indicators (KPIs).Reporting and Communication: Deliver all reports and files to the head office (HO) without reminders. Maintain smooth and transparent communication between the branch and HO teams regarding scheme launches, new product launches, branding collaterals, dispatch and delivery follow-ups, and HR policies.
