The Meta Internship Program was a core 4-week intensive learning program where I was undergo various activities which revolve around setting up a business/corporate setup right from scratch. This training program was a mix of theoretical as well as practical concepts which was facilitated by means of various industry grade software and tools by the intellico training team, industry professionals and subject matter experts. We have to work on organization which is already exist and study the company that is how they build the organization. So we had allocated Birdvision company which provide the services to IT industry such that corporate gift , provide technical support also provide the platform improve the efficiencies productivity enterprises and business processes. In this internship I worked in advertising department. Along with this I also worked in Research and Development, Operations. Graphic Designing and HR department. The major tasks that I worked on are Online PPC ,Loyalty Programs, Market Survey and Logistics. This was really great experience while working in this internship, I have learn good communication skills, leadership, teamwork, analytical and strategic thinking, street-smart attitude and drive to get things done.
