He has worked in both Product and Service based organizations managing cross cultural teams across globe. Prashant has more than 10 years working experience in BFSI domain especially in capital markets space.For almost 10 years, Prashant has been working as senior consultant with start-ups / SMEs to enterprises in project and program management, designing customized solutions, designing & setting up frameworks to bring operational efficiency, scalability & optimizing senior management day to day efforts on operational issues & facilitate revenue generation. Prashant holds a Master’s Degree in Computer Applications with Post Graduate Diploma (Business Administration - Finance), from Symbiosis, Pune.
