As a Senior System Administrator at eQ Technologic, I have over 20 years of experience in IT services, specializing in Microsoft 365, Windows systems and virtualization, PowerShell. I am responsible for the installation, upgrade, configuration, administration, and maintenance of Windows servers, VMware, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and SharePoint. I am passionate about learning new technologies, solving complex problems, and delivering high-quality services to my clients and stakeholders. I have successfully managed multiple projects, such as building deployment on different application servers, backup and restore with Symantec solution, and McAfee EPO server administration. I have also contributed to the datacenter management, incident, problem, and change management, escalation management, team and people management, and customer and vendor relationship management.
