This meant establishing and overhauling many of the recruiting and talent branding processes, that also saw introduction of new tools.

- Responsible for workforce planning and staffing across India offices of Xansa (Noida, Chennai and Mumbai). - Member of the core group that facilitated internal movement of work and resources and fed forecast data to recruiting based on business forecast. - Participated and drove business requirements for automation of 2 key systems – Talent Management and Sales Planning and Forecasting.
