I’m a US International Medical Graduate with experience practicing medicine as a student physician. I’ve also gained experience as a clinical research associate and have trained in pharmacovigilance. Throughout my career, I’ve been able to provide life-saving care throughout various specialties, including internal medicine, ENT, neurosurgery, pain management, and dermatology, among others. As a Clinical Research Associate, I used research methods and data analysis to participate in studies. One study in particular focused on the air quality of post-9/11 air in the New Jersey area; the data I collected and analyzed with the team was later used to contribute to multiple publications seeking a solution for the poor air quality. I’m passionate about medical research because it has a real-world impact. I am also trained in pharmacovigilance—I’ve participated in Phase IV clinical trials as a student physician, and I’ve closely tracked and monitored the performance of different pharmaceuticals. During these trials, I worked with pharmaceutical representatives to report adverse effects and performance within the patient population.I am skilled in patient management, clinical trial planning, and complex project management. I am known for my compassionate treatment of patients, rigorous attention to detail, and knowledge of complex medical language and concepts. I’m looking forward to the next challenge in my career.
