Team Player, Problem Solving, Mechanical DesigningTruck Body Fabrication:Coca Cola and NeverFail Trucks I work on the initial fabrication and bodybuilding of the truck. These trucks mostly include Hino and Isuzu Chasis. From headboards to coamings and the main body on the Chasis of the truck, it is fabricated by our team.Engineering: At many stages, I have assisted with designing features of trucks operating that operate with Hydraulic Power. These include steps. rails of trucks, doors etc.I have also designed lifting jigs as a project to assist in the lifting of cabinets and boxes that had to be disassembled each time after painting and assembled back on to the truck. This was due to the weight and awkward shape. Now, these parts are painted and directly lifted and mounted on the truck. This has reduced production time immensely.

Stainless Steel and Aluminium FabricationWhile my stay at The Shotton's, I have fabricated many parts for Companys such as Bombardier, Volgren and etc.I have carried out machining using Lathe, Stainless and Aluminium Tig welding using Engineering Drawings. I have also done linishing and polishing of the fabricated parts as per requirement.

General Fabricator (MIG, MMAW, TIG)During the two years of employment with Nissan Casting, along with improving my fabrication skills, I have also developed great skills in communication, problem-solving, time management and prioritizing work in an industry, and most importantly, working in a team.While my stay at the Nissan Casting Plant, I have attained knowledge on how to read Engineering Drawings for the Mechanical and Electrical Casting Machines. Moreover, I have observed and work with the integrated systems of Robots, Hydraulics, Pneumatics, and Mechanical Systems.I have also designed and Fabricated workbenches, stainless steel water tanks for cooling castings, scrap shoots on conveyors, etc.Additionally, while doing these projects, I have had good hands-on experience of using lathes and milling machines. While my stay at Nissan, I have mastered the use of general workshop hand and electric tools.Conclusively, the Nissan Casting Plant has provided me with great opportunities and knowledge to being my career in Industrial Automation Technology.
