This implies a strict respect of the existing international economic sanctions against a number of countries and the respect of customs regulations relating to arms or drugs trafficking, smuggling and counterfeited products. • To provide information on regulatory scope impacting the choice of CMA CGM Group business partners to agents, lines and other departments via the group intranet. • To answer spot demands on compliance for a specific entity. • To ensure that partners under sanctions are not doing business with CMA CGM Group. • To relay alerts to HO Legal Department and/or Agency Department and/or Commercial Department for action. • To cooperate with CMA SYSTEMS for a scalable approach of processes and systems. • Aiding CMA-CGM group in the choice of business partners and to abide by globally regulatory compliance & sanctions. • Create/update & monitor on-line (system based) & off-line (research based) controls to ensure prohibition of business transactions with sanctioned entities & protecting the group against possible legal/financial consequences.
