Responsible for reviewing incoming chargebacks for accuracy and supporting documentation. Utilizing various software applications; exchange information/documentation between EPX, the merchant/bank, and the Associations. Process outgoing representments on behalf of the merchant or bank ensuring accurate and timely resolution as well as adherence to the Associations’ rules. Respond to incoming retrieval requests by preparing a substitute document or obtaining a copy of the sales draft from the merchant...Essential Job Functions: •Monitor incoming chargebacks for support documentation as established by the Card Brand’s guidelines •Working on VROL and Master Com, match supporting documentation/information to the corresponding chargeback/retrieval request •Transfer incoming chargebacks and retrievals to merchant queues along with supporting documentation •Receive incoming representment requests from merchants/banks and review for accuracy as well as Card Brand guidelines •Initiate representments and supply supporting documentation to Card Brand applications •Communicate dispute information/prevention methods to merchants when required •Monitor age of “work in process” and proactively work to resolve items •Maintain industry knowledge regarding Card Brand regulatory and rule changes •Effectively multi-task •Perform other duties as assigned
