I live for growing businesses. And teaching people how to grow. As a 5-time CMO, I've noticed a pattern: revenue teams often struggle to measure marketing efforts granularly from ad impression all the way to retained customer. Marketers are told to test everything, but don't learn how experiment design can *accelerate decisions.* I've helped dozens of startups and scale-ups build fast and flexible revenue tools stacks. I've helped them build the right data backbone so they can measure the impact of their work with granularity. Most importantly, I've helped many of them 2X and 3X revenue. I'm currently fractional CMO at XetHub (named one of the top MLOps tools of 2023) and a growth consultant at Booksy (the world’s largest Beauty Booking Marketplace). I also advise/invest in other startups. I've previously consulted with Twilio (NYSE:TWLO), YC-backed Scribd, MIRROR (acquired by Lululemon), and a dozen more. When I joined XetHub they were less than 15 people, had just raised their Seed round, and needed to go-to-market fast. We worked with the team to map both a product-led and sales-led customer journey. Then we got to work building: buying tools, implementing them, and then operating the funnel. In just three months, we took XetHub from a standing-start to a sales-led go-to-market motion that was firing on all cylinders. Next, we layered-in a product-led motion as well.
