Implementation Manager
Current- Implementation consultant specializing in the area of Inventory Optimization (IO) with high expertise in the technical area of Logility’s Voyager IO software- Serve as a lead Logility IO technical consultant on IO software implementations- Responsible for providing customers a world-class supply chain inventory optimization through Logility’s Voyager Inventory Optimization Suites- Design and develop software integration, which includes software configurations, inbound/outbound interface design support, data validation, data load batch process design and development, data load testing, inventory solution validation, technical documentation and support- Responsible for providing and describing to clients the differences between software configuration options and provide recommendations, and answering clients’ statistical/math questions- Responsible for managing implementation technical challenges by creating and implementing customized scripts, using SQL, VBScript, etc.- Communicate and work closely with clients to ensure successful and effective implementations- Provide insight analysis on supply chain business scenarios such as strategic sourcing, postponement, etc.- Provide user training in supply chain inventory theory, inventory optimization concepts and Voyager IO software usage- Provide IO software administration training, where user management, software configurations, exception configurations, data load process, and troubleshooting are included
