Prior to joining Adani Group, Prasoon led the Process Management & its improvement agenda for various shops in SAIL’s flagship unit called Bhilai Steel Plant (BSP), Chhattisgarh while working in the capacity of Instrumentation & Weighment Deptt, BSP. On the academic front, Prasoon has an Instrumentation Engineering degree from the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Kharagpur and an MBA in Finance & Operations from Indian School of Business (ISB), India.Prasoon has won the Chairmans’ Trophy for Young Managers 2013-14, SAIL and won accolade for ‘Best Innovative Practice 2012’, for devising an instant SMS alert for CO gas safety alarm system.
