I started my career as in Travel Consultant with Customer Support team at I-energizer where I use to handle and retained customer for the Domestic Flights over email and later on moved to Cogent E services for Domestic Hotels for Yatra Pvt Ltd. At present I am working with Times Internet For The Economic Times as in Officer of customer support where I handle escalations, Teams , B2B clients , Social media, ET Portfolio, ET Market, Complimentary Subscriptions, dealing with their SPOC, codes generation, distribution, reporting and many more. Currently I have enrolled my self with a certification course in Digital Marketing for a career transition.There is more to learn and more to achieve! I am keen learner and always ready to upscale my abilities. Challenges, upscaling and motivated to achieve more is what describes me.
