As a founder, I lead the efforts to build a community-based organization that strive to empower individual through education and community engagement about psychology and mental health. Our main objectives are :- to provide easily accessible and practical scientific-based psychoeducational content for the Indonesian people.- Creating a productive internet community for Indonesian psychological scholar and practitioner through knowledge and skill sharing.By developing this platform, I aspire to empower individual and community in Indonesia through the means of education as I personally believe in the power of proper understanding and knowledge to create a postivie change on both individual and societal levels.

Currently working on the project of promoting pro-environmental behaviour towards the community of Faculty of Psychology, University of Indonesia.Responsible to conduct need assessment, identify problem behaviour, develop an intervention programme, planning an evaluation progrrame, and creating progress and overall reports.

Serving as part of the psychology team at Komisi Yudisial, I played a pivotal role in facilitating training programs tailored for judges across Indonesia. My responsibilities encompassed various aspect of training and delivery, including designing comprehensive training programs, conducting engaging learning sessions, as well as providing guidance and support to participants.Utilizing my expertise in psychology and training facilitation, I effectively managed the group dynamics to ensure an interactive and enriching learning environment. Additionally, I am also responsible to offer constructive feedback and evaluation on training effectiveness, aiming to continuously enhance the quality and impact of our programs.

Appointed as academic advisor for the young researcher in the UNESCO and Tanoto Foundation Student Reserach Awards Programme. I am responsible to provide guidance and advising toward the University of Indonesia (UI) teams on how to conduct research, reporting the group's progress, and helping the group to write and disseminate their research finding.The research phenomena we are currently working on are :- Transforming inclusive education in Kampung Cahaya, Menteng Pulo- Understanding how stigma can affect loneliness on people living with HIV/AIDS (PLHIV) in Indonesia

Responsible to analyze fitness data and displaying fitness demographic mapping for students with special needs in Indonesia.

I played a key role as a Junior Statistical Analyst within the project team tasked with the construction of the physical fitness scale for Indonesian special needs students (sampling I have had attended include Semarang, Kendari, and Surabaya), also known as Tes Kebugaran Siswa Indonesia bagi Peserta Didik Berkebutuhan Khusus (TKSI PDBK), by the Kementerian Pendidikan, Kebudayaan, Riset, dan Teknologi Republik Indonesia (Indonesia's Ministry of Education, Culture, Research, and Technology). My responsibilities included meticulous data collection, advanced statistical analysis, and transforming raw data into meaningful insights. Through insightful data interpretation, I contributed to the development of actionable recommendations to enhance the assessment instrument's quality. My involvement in this project allowed me to refine my statistical analysis skills while making a significant impact on the education and physical well-being of special needs students in Indonesia.

As an intern in psychology department of Rumah Sakit Ernaldi Bahar, Kota Palembang I was trained to conduct clinical interview and observations, administer various psychological assessment instruments, and performing scoring and partial interpretation,with addition on constructing comprehensive clinical reports, establishing diagnosis, and providing psychoeducation to in-patients families all under the supervision of licensed senior clincal psychologist. Through these experiences, I honed my skills in psychological diagnostic procedures, report writing, therapeutic communication, and contributing to the holistic psych-care of patients and their families.
