I started my career as a Web Designer at a digital agency, where I was primarily responsible for developing websites using WordPress. This role allowed me to hone my design skills and gain valuable experience in creating user-friendly and visually appealing websites.Later, I had the opportunity to transition into a new role as an IT Support Specialist at a software house and IT solutions company. In this position, I took on the responsibility of ensuring the smooth operation of both software and hardware systems. My duties included troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, providing support to staff with any device-related problems, and maintaining overall IT infrastructure efficiency.I'm excited about this journey and look forward to continuing to grow in the IT field while applying my diverse skill set to support and drive technological innovation.
