Responsibilities:Create and maintain accurate GIS data sets, including but not limited to, land parcels, infrastructure, environmental features, and demographic information.Utilize GIS software to perform spatial analysis, data manipulation, and map production.Collect, compile, and organize geographic data from a variety of sources, including satellite imagery, GPS, and field surveys.Interpret aerial photographs and other forms of remote sensing data to update and verify GIS databases.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support project requirements and deliverables.Assist in the development of GIS applications and tools to streamline workflows and improve data management processes.Provide technical support and training to staff on GIS software and data collection methods.Stay current with emerging GIS technologies and trends to enhance departmental capabilities and efficiency.

JOB Description ● Handle incoming incidents and tickets promptly and efficiently.● Update incident status accurately and consistently throughout the resolution process.● Collaborate with the team to identify and implement effective solutions.● Ensure incidents are resolved within agreed-upon service level agreements (SLAs).● Communicate effectively with team members, stakeholders, and end-users to provide status updates and gather necessary information.● Prioritize incidents based on their impact and urgency, ensuring critical issues receive immediate attention.● Document incidents, including their causes, resolutions, and lessons learned, to facilitate knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.● Contribute to the development and enhancement of incident management processes and procedures.● Participate in incident management meetings and provide valuable insights and recommendations for process improvement.● Stay updated with industry best practices and emerging trends in incident management.
