Assistant Store Manager
• Overseeing daily operations of a 20,000 sq. ft. value format store which generates a business of 1.7Cr monthly.• Managing and contributing to a 6,000sq. ft. Apparels Department with 8 Fashion Consultants which generates a business of 30L monthly on an average.• Ensuring GRN and DMS are completed and all the data are updated in SAP according to timeline, ensuring adherence to company policies and safety standards.• Managing a team of 40+ Customer Service Associates, 7 HK Staff and 3 Department Managers, providing guidance, coaching, and support to optimize performance and achieve sales targets.• Implementing effective inventory management strategies with the help of category to minimize stockouts and overstock situations.• Resolving customer complaints and inquiries in a timely and professional manner, maintaining customer satisfaction and loyalty.• Maintaining a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment to enhance the shopping experience for customers.• Cash handling and ensuring POS is properly manned during rush hours.• Preparing and analysing sales reports to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement and conducted training sessions on product knowledge, customer service, and sales techniques.• Recruiting, hiring, and onboarding new team members.
