• Carry out secondary research for various companies in Europe and prepare periodic i.e., daily and weekly reports research in predefined templates having income statement, balance sheet and cash flow• Preparing Newsletter, Company Profiles using information from relevant sources such as Company website and suggested sources• Prepare financial tables of companies having information about their Market Cap., Target Price and Rating using Company website, Bloomberg terminal• Analyze client requirements, identify action steps and coordinate the process workflow and delivery of the final products• Providing insights and analysis from the data extracted by business analysts• Extensive use of databases like Bloomberg, Factset, Thomson Reuters and Capital IQ for onboarding of new clients/contacts in the database and entitle them with research subscriptions• Create zoom meetings for the conferences taking place across Europe, UK and attend them to take feedback from the clients and entering that in relevant events• Booking flights, car & hotels of Logistics for the Company’s Management and analysts• Reconciliation of purchase orders for these bookings and enroute them to separate team for payments• Provide analytical support and qualitative financial information to client as well as attending bi-weekly call with them• Engaging with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure quality and timely delivery of products as per mutually agreed SLAs with clients• Identifying training needs of junior analysts and constantly monitoring their performance• Manage any escalations raised by client
