Raylios Renewable (www.rayliossolar.com) is a boutique IPP in the renewable energy sector which provides end to end solutions in the fields of Project Finance consulting and EPC solutions for projects across distributed rooftop and utility scale Solar Projects in India. Responsible for overseeing Business Development and Project Financing functions for ongoing mandates of the firm.

Part of project finance appraisal team in the corporate banking division. Scope of work primarily involved appraisal of projects for long term debt funding requirements along with providing end to end portfolio management services. Handled a portfolio of ~ 1.75 billion USD with a primary focus on Infrastructure Sectors. (Sectors worked in include: Renewable Energy, Education, Telecom, Real Estate, Gas Pipeline Transportation and Cement).

Part of a proprietary trading firm with focus on secondary market investments via long only (buy side) and cash-futures arbitrage opportunities across the stock exchanges in India (BSE & NSE). The firm handled ~30 million USD assets under management at the time. Primary responsibilities included generating investment / short term trading ideas / identifying arbitrage opportunities for the fund manager. Sectors covered included IT, Banking and Infrastructure Sector.
