I worked as a mechanical engineer intern in ICAT. I was working in the "Engine Testing Lab Department" learning emission and endurance test on IC engines and electric motors. I also did a project on designing the test cell of a hydrogen internal combustion engine.

I worked for 2 months in NTF India Pvt. Ltd. I learned about Injection moulding process and other management skills required in manufacturing industry. I also got deep insight about the role of project management and costing in industries.

I worked as an intern in SOMIC ZF COMPONENTS PVT. LTD. In the internship I was a part of quality department in which I was working in the final quality office team of the quality department under the head of the department. I did a project on analysing and reducing the low torque and skirt length undersize defect founded in "Inner ball joints" which are used in vehicle steering and suspension. I also learnt the various methods of quality inspection and defect free manufacturing such as 7 quality tools, six sigma, lean manufacturing etc. I also learned the various machining processes performed on CNC machines and the use of modern day equipment used in quality testing such as CMM, UTM, Profile projector, contour tester, roundness tester, height gauge etc.
