I have over 10 years of experience in the IT industry, working on multiple technologies such as Mainframe, AS400, and full-stack Java development. I am internally certified in Agile in my organization and have relevant Scrum Master experience of more than 3 years.As a Scrum Master, I facilitate the delivery of high-quality software products that meet the needs and expectations of the client and the end-users. I collaborate with the development team, the product owner, and the stakeholders to ensure the alignment of the vision, the scope, and the priorities of the project. I also support the team in resolving issues, removing impediments, and applying best practices of Agile methodology.
