• Sourcing candidates across all levels through Portals, Manpower consultants, Internal database and Employee referrals• Conducting initial screening of candidates and scheduling potential candidates for interview with functional heads• Handling post-interview formalities such as negotiating salary and issuing offer letter to candidates• Identifying training needs of employees and organizing Employees Training programme in consultation with heads• Monitoring Attendance, Preparing salary, wages statement of staff / labourers and disbursing salary, after adding overtime wages, deducting advances, if any• Addressing various issues, grievances raised by employees and resolving them at the earliest• Liaising with Labour Office, Government department, Statutory bodies and Autonomous bodies for compliance related issue• Checking monthly P.F. Contribution challan along with Form 12A, 5, 10; Filing returns and Remitting PF dues every month on time. Checking Annual Return 3A, 6A and submitting the same within a schedule time to PF Office.• Preparing and keeping track record of Salary (Wages) registers Leave, Attendance registers, PF Eligibility Register, Bonus Register and other compliance register according to PF, ESI and Amended Bonus Act • Calculating gratuity benefits of employees and Ensuring timely settlement as per Gratuity Act
