• Visa filling for Australia• Conducting Skype Interviews• Responsible for checking Financial Documents with the Financial Institutions & the agents.• Document scrutiny and collection for visa processing.• Maintaining accurate database, ledger and computer records for the clients counselled and regarding the documentation sent to the Australian High Commissions.• Training and Updating Agents with all the changes in the process, application forms or with reference to any updates on the DIBP Website in context to student visas. (via Telephonic/Skype/Email/In-Person).• Handling of cash and bank related transactions.• Handling Agents queries personally, telephonic or via e-mail.• Monitoring Agents Performance with reference to the quality of applications in terms of genuine students & no forged academic documents.• Undertaking project work as decided by the Director, Vice President or the Senior Managers in individual fields of Immigration & Study abroad options.
