Prateek Singhal is currently working as PAS Consultant at EY-GDS. He previous worked as Assistant manager-HR in Fareportal India. He is currently working as HRBP for different LOBs in the organisation.He has studied Human Resource Management from MDI Gurgaon and graduated in 2021. He has been the campus finalist of Flipkart Case Study Competition- Flipkart wiRED 2.0 and member of the Quizzing Club at MDI Gurgaon.In the Summers of 2020, he has interned at ICICI Bank which constituted two projects on Learning & Development and Performance Management. He has also worked on many academic and industry projects across Diversity Training, Employer Branding, Automating CV shortlisting, Talent Development and Employee Engagement during crisis and has also studied Employee and Labour Laws in the tenure at MDI.Prior to his MBA, he graduated in the field of Information Technology from Maharaja Surajmal Institute of Technology (GGSIPU). He was involved in many Management and Leadership positions also including the Event Organiser of Rotaract Club and TEDx club of MSIT. He has organised multiple events and campaigns.For recreational purposes, he is inclined in playing and watching sports especially Football and Cricket. He also interests in experiencing various cultures and art through documentaries and International TV series and movies.
