• Analyzing and Managing of Requirements, Designing and Development of Business Intelligence and Dashboard solutions for multiple IS&T projects in Retail Reporting area providing key metrics to be used by Operations , Product Merchandising , Fulfillment / Store Logistics , Finance , B2B and B2C Operations units at Apple Retail area.• Preparing estimations and release plan to ensure technical and functional aspects of deliverable to meet the schedule. • Implementation, development, validation and support activities in line with design and architecture requirements• Creation and review of relevant artifacts (Test Scripts, Documentation, Automation, Setups)• Development and review of artifacts (code, document, unit test scripts)• Conducting reviews for self and peers; Working on ‘Go Live’ activities as per the Implementation Plan• Conducting unit tests and document unit test results; Respond to production issues and implement the solution• Providing UAT Support• Preparing the implementation plan and perform production deployment• Providing support during warranty period• Conducting analysis, and suggesting/implementing workarounds• Implementation of relevant SDLC activities as required in development, maintenance, reengineering and other types of software projects• Participation in knowledge management activities; Interface with client and internal team
