It is our duty to be fluid and to tell your story in the most beautiful and meaningful way possible. Our first project : The very first project we executed was a home on the 55th floor of Burj Khalifa, and was also adjudged as one of the best-designed in Dubai. That 2-bedroom apartment was rented by a gentleman who was Dolce & Gabbana's neighbor in Milan and gave 60% higher rent than normal. Value-addition through design: Architecture is a fascinating play between spaces and our senses. Shapes, Materials and Colours speak far louder, far clearer than words - and shape our unconscious impressions of Brands. Understanding this helps to see why effective design is critical.
