I have always been curious when it comes to new technologies and their road to mass adoption. Electric Vehicles had been making quite a buzz over the years and when I got a chance to associate myself with an EV startup, my response was a no-brainer!We set out to create India's first multi-utility EV specifically designed to suit Indian road conditions and product life cycle requirements based on various use case scenarios. My role currently involves (and not limited to) - 1. Identifying and creating long-term B2B relationships with industry partners, Last Mile Delivery companies, fleet owners etc. 2. Ideating, executing and leading a Dealer Development Program to grow geographical reach and consumer touch points.3. Work with the service team to Develop and execute vehicle service standards & SOPs4. Work with the marketing team to synchronize digital campaigns and activation events with store launches and local activations.5. Working with the Industrial Design team to conceptualize and prototype future products and accessories.

We decided to change that.At BoltOn Design, we enabled motorcycle enthusiasts to be able to customize their motorcycles by offering DIY bolt-on kits for Royal Enfield vehicles across 50+ SKUs in kits, parts & accessories.What started as a personal project for my own motorcycle ended up growing into a business partnership with my co-founder generating over Rs. 30 Million in cumulative revenue over a period of 4 years. BoltOn Design helped me identify, nurture and go beyond my imaginary limits of what a passionate team is capable of achieving.

Harley-Davidson announced its summer internship program, #FindYourFreedom Internship for India in order to celebrate its 10th anniversary in the country. A total of 4 interns were selected among 4000+ applications from across the country by a jury comprising Vir Nakai (Moto Journalist), Vijay Singh (Rajputana Customs) and Shubrata Marmar, Editor In Chief, Powerdrift. We were given first-hand experiences and learnings on Dealership Experience, Harley Davidson University Lessons, Community Rides and events, Market Research, Flat Track Experience, Product Strategy and consumer Insights.As a young entrepreneur, I got the opportunity to get a glimpse into and contribute to the macro operations of managing an iconic, global brand in India.

Post graduation, I joined my family business to set up & operate Grill Ministri - a North Indian Fine Dining Restaurant business in Chennai. During this tenure, we diversified into Cafe's (The Kickstart Cafe) and undertook industrial catering operations for Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd. in Mahindra Research Valley, New Chennai.

Camber Racing is the official Formula Student / FSAE team of SRM University, Chennai.As a founding member of Camber Racing, we designed and developed a formula spec race car and competed against over 130 teams from across the country.
