As the SPOC for a joint venture with India’s leading fashion retailer, I enabled the sales of the retailer's inventory on e-commerce platforms by coordinating between Legal, e-commerce, warehousing, and finance/accounting departments. This joint venture added approximately 500 crore to the group's topline. Similarly, I was the SPOC for a JV with an Indian unicorn valued at around $3.3 billion to facilitate the sale of used cars. My coordination efforts across legal, e-commerce, and finance/accounting departments contributed approximately 50 crore to the group's bottom line.In the e-commerce domain, I managed warehouses, Amazon seller accounts, and advertisements for Mediweave, a brand dealing with COVID prevention products, following the sudden departure of the business head. This effort generated around 2.5 crore in sales. Additionally, I assisted in the trademark application process for Mediweave, ensuring compliance and the protection of intellectual property. During the second COVID wave, I managed the import, inward processing, and sales of approximately 28 crore worth of oxygen concentrators.

As the Operations Lead for an NBFC, I oversee day-to-day activities including disbursals, payments, and post-disbursal processes.
