• Sourcing of high quality Commercial Papers from Corporates and Financial institutions.• Meeting with Finance\Treasury head for potential business development in fields of corporate financial, primary placement & WDM enplanement etc.• Acting as arrangers in primary debt issuance.• Analysing daily national and international developments in capital markets for preparing and sending evening report to internal and external clients.

•Monitoring of Client level risk of LAS (Loan Against Shares). Analysing client-wise, script-wise exposure, shortfalls, portfolio quality etc.•Keeping close watch at markets to identify potential risk rising form volatility of any stock.•Keeping regular updates of various changes in regulatory & govt policies, exchange rules etc and sending the same to potential clients as “Edel Prime” news letter.•Various MIS reporting including Revenue, Sales pipeline, Cost sharing.•Sales support in IPO funding and structured products.•Credit appraisals for fresh sanction\ Renewals of loan including Balance sheet analysis, CIBIL, SEBI defaulters list checks.•Analysing companies with high exposure in Loan book on various financial parameters and creating financial models for same.•Playing Lead role in development and deployment of live risk monitoring excel sheet for Las facility.•Instrumental in preparing various risk monitoring aspects such as Client wise position, stock wise position liquidity index and various coverage ratios.•Conceptualised “EDEL PRIME” newsletter targeting potential Client with relevant information & creating a brand position of one stop shop for financial needs.•Designing of retail IPO Funding project, including margin requirements, interest rates, commission structure, etc. •Participated various automation & upgradation projects at various levels.
