Responsible for setting the AI vision, strategy, and roadmap for B2C and B2B AI-powered recommenders engines. Set the multi-year transformational roadmap to integrate more AI features across B2C and B2B sites.

Lead product manager responsible for vision and development of AI-powered merchandising products to make effective merchandising decisions on Dell.com.

Led various analytics initiatives across B2C eCommerce analytics, search Analytics, and Operations Analytics to help optimize eCommerce experience.

Led global S&OP, and various supply chain planning strategic initiatives (forecasting, supply chain risk analysis, and inventory optimization) for Dell Laptops and Desktops for B2B and B2C.

Consulted Global Customer Insights team to develop an analytical model to predict the customer churn and customer lifetime value. A pilot implementation was designed for a smaller group to target high-value customers with a high likelihood of churning.

Worked alongside founding team of Lazada Indonesia to setup different aspects of e-commerce from ground-up. Led several initiatives to setup effective and efficient supply chain to meet the needs of explosive growth phase. Built forecasting and replenishment strategies to optimize inventory and working capital, which improved the fulfillment from warehouse and increased the profitability of goods sold.

Worked as a research scientist/data scientist to build a beta product to identify eight gestures (walking, running, sitting, exercising, standing, etc.) using wearable sensors, and consulted a boutique consulting firm to build new analytics products.

Worked for multiple clients to implement data warehouse DW/BI solutions to support analytics-driven products. Won several accolades including “High Achiever Award” at Accenture.

Co-founded AASRA, a non-profit venture focused on providing education to under-privileged children.
