Currently working here as a Team leader in Bajaj Allianz life

I joined the organisation as Team leader in insurance sales (Investment) I have started with the Team size of 12 advisors , But with in a month I took that team size to 32 advisor I used to manage both inbound & outbound , I have achieved the Best Team leader with in 3 months of span as I sourced highest Business in those 3 months I took the productivity to the new level also helped 2 my team advisors to grow in the same as both of them got promoted as a SME in that span I worked there for 4 months but the impact in the short period was very good & positive .

I have joined the organisation in Tata AiA life process with the pilot batch .there I started as Tele marketing executive and was the consistent & best performer of the process Then I got promoted as a Subject matter expert in the same process and I got the Team of 7 advisor and I did the business of 75 lacs in the same month also I was promoted as a Assistant Team leader there with the team size of 10 advisors and I delivered the business of 1cr and above continuously for 6months

I have worked there as an auditor in Swiggy instamart store also I used to perform the activities which are related to the inwarding of goods & I used to support the tech team in deed

I have worked with bank partner of max life for 3 months as a sales executive I used to sell the insurance of max life to the banka customer of axis bank , which are Term insurance as well as the investment I sourced average 3lakhs business each month while working with Max also the issuance was almost 80% same month .
