Category Manager - FMCG- Developing and managing relationship with all major brands in India like HUL, P&G, 3M, Dabur, RB, Godrej etc. for Homecare & BPC category.- Designed & Executed Key Account Plan for 5 Key Brands increasing their share from 9% to 28% of overall GMV for Homecare Category.- Responsible for designing and executing various campaigns and promotions for Homecare category.- Maintaining and developing hygiene of the online site in terms of the Pricing, Product range offers and Promotion.- Selection Management- Ensure seasonality and freshness in the selection with a view on inventory availability.- Handle CST escalation for Homecare, BPC and Food category.- Coordinate with Logistic and courier partners to reduce issue with merchant.- Responsible for order and vendor management.- Onboarded Bigbasket as a seller at Paytm and within the tenure of 1 year have successfully increased its share from scratch to 32 % in overall FMCG GMV.

- Warehouse management - Ensure proper implementation of FIFO model at warehouse and dispatch of products within SLA time.- Ensure orders to be dispatch and delivered within defined TAT, keeping in mind theservice quality and delivery time promised to the customer not be compromised.- Coordinate with key account sellers and logistics partners for timely dispatch and deliveryof products.- Ensuring that all goods delivered are as per specified QC norms.- Looking after pending customer orders, escalations & coordinating with CST team toresolve pending issues within 48 hrs for better customer experience.- Maintaining MIS reports for daily warehouse operations

- Alliance with leading brands, Distributers & Importers to explore new business opportunities.- Negotiating margins/transfer price from brands & distributers on the catalogue/productssourced.- Visibility planning as per the monetization plan: Using internal monetized propertywith respect to the targets and performance of the product.- Co-ordination with digital/online promotion team for execution of digital promotions onchannels like Facebook, Instagram, E-mailers, push notification, In-app messages and SMS.
