- Working on Customised and Tailored Client Equity Investment Analysis Reports including Market & Portfolio Commentary, Attribution Analysis, Portfolio Performance and Risk Analysis, Contributors and Detractors Analysis, Corporate Actions, etc- Catering ad-hoc requests and onboarding requests- Addressing Client queries on Reportings and Methodology- Training new joiners on the reports and process flow- Managing deliverables for the EMEA Equity Team and helping with the MIS data metrics for the deliverables and ongoing projects for higher management overview- Automating reports using VBA Macros and assisting automation team with the logic and process for automating reports via Xceptor, Tableau, etc.

- Working with Global Private Real Estate Funds of Pan European region involving data collation, data quality checks, performance analysis and report generation adhering to the EU BMR regulations- Analyzing quality data check of client data pertaining to property valuations,tenancy information,accounting information ensuring extreme market movements are queried- Provide Performance Analysis Report for given portfolio of Real Estate Client Funds for required reporting period- Analyze,investigate and explain the movements in the property's performance and assess their impact on the fund, segment and the index returns- Co-managing and helping in the process and release of Pan-European Quarterly Property Fund Index, Switzerland, German, CEE and Austria Annual Property Index. Process Manager for Germany OFIX Monthly Fund Index- Creating tailored and complex benchmark and bespoke reports as per client's requirements- Analyzing and addressing the client queries over the Real Estate methodologies and calculations, catering urgent client requirement for bespoke or benchmark reports- Working on Climate Value at Risk Reports which assesses Physical and Transitional Risk for the assets based on the geo-location, valuation, emissions and consumptions data provided by the client- Training new joiners with the processes and Real Estate Concepts
