As a computer technician with a diploma in computer systems technology from Algonquin College, I have developed strong troubleshooting and communication skills that enable me to provide effective and efficient IT support to customers. I am highly organized and self-motivated, always seeking for opportunities to learn and improve my skills.Recently, I completed my work-term at Kinaxis, a leading provider of cloud-based supply chain management solutions. There, I gained valuable experience working with leading professionals and handling software and hardware issues related to customer's PC. I also managed a proper inventory of machines and used a ticket handling system to document and resolve problems.
