As Liaison Manager for the AIFF I-League, I served as the primary point of contact between the league's organizing body, clubs, local authorities, sponsors, and other key stakeholders. My role involved managing communication, facilitating smooth coordination, and ensuring operational efficiency for all I-League events.Key Responsibilities and Achievements:Stakeholder Management: Acted as the bridge between AIFF, team management, media, sponsors, and local entities to ensure alignment and resolve any issues during the league's operation.Logistical Support & Coordination: Coordinated logistics for teams, officials, and staff, ensuring seamless matchday operations across various venues.Event Execution: Assisted in the planning and execution of matchdays, handling the coordination of transport, accommodation, and special requests for both domestic and international guests.Crisis Management: Effectively addressed and resolved operational issues on matchdays, ensuring minimal disruption to the league's proceedings.Team & Athlete Support: Worked directly with clubs and players to address their requirements and ensure a positive experience for all parties involved.This project allowed me to refine my skills in stakeholder management, crisis resolution, and event coordination while contributing to the growth and success of one of India’s premier football leagues
