At Virgo BPO Services, I led the implementation and improvement of various business processes, such as customer relationship management (CRM) and data analysis, to increase the efficiency and quality of our services. I applied my knowledge, skills, tools, techniques, and systems to define, visualize, measure, control, report, and improve processes with the goal to meet customer and business needs. I also managed improvement teams and external contractors, troubleshooted and improved new processes, and conducted ongoing analysis of processes in line with industry regulations.I have a Higher Secondary School Certificate in Accounting from S.V.K.T. College, Deolali Camp, Nashik, which has equipped me with the necessary skills to manage financial and operational data, create and present process improvement reports, and update process and procedure policies. I also have strong leadership and communication skills, as well as customer engagement and team motivation skills.
