Maintaining Sales Software (I Sell – CRM SAP) for Western Region.Measure KPI of all Sales persons & Sales Managers.Maintain list of Strategic & Business customers of Western regionPrepare monthly Win/Loss report of Western region.Calculate performance of individual sales person & branches.Calculate incentives of sales person/managers of Western region.Calculate performance of each product & calculate progress or regress if any.Calculate performance of each product continent wise, Africa, Europe Etc.Audit Credit Applications before submitting to credit control team.Follow up with Credit control team for approval of credit to customer.Preparing various report required by senior managersPrepare monthly report of sales performance of Western region. Ocean Import For North America (damco): Invoicing consignees as per the rates filed in Tradetech, Tariff Rates filed in Starnet Enable Invoicing consignees for all the origin charges charged in ICB by the respective Origin Offices. Filing of Rates of Origin Sold Accounts in Tradetech. Preparing various management reports in Excel on a daily, weekly or monthly basis as needed by the management. Verify rates charged by the carrier, with that filed in rate filing system Tradetech. Making payment to the carriers as per their respective buy rates filed in Tradetech. Following up with Pricing Department to have their rates filed before vessel departure in Tradetech. Performing various data quality checks in documentation system. Send reminders and follow escalation procedure for unresolved and priority shipments.  Internal correspondence, follow up and other miscellaneous duties Created different Macro Report to saves time Consuming Tasks.
