Job Profile: Financial scrutiny, vetting and concurrence of proposals, estimates and tender documents/schedules as per the SOP-Project. Finance member in tender committee’s/spot purchase committee’s (SPC). Safe Custody, Review and maintenance of Bank Guarantee as per accounts code. Internal check/Verification of contractors’ and other petty expenditure and maintaining ledgers. Depositing, filing and uploading of TDS. Generating form no. 16A and distribution of the same. Reconciliation of Bank accounts of USBRL project.  Preparation of Schedules of the ledgers and billing to Northern Railway.  Certifying and verification of Contractors Bills and Miscellaneous Bills.

Responsibilities: Worked in Fund Reconciliation and Stock research process in Excel & TLM application for IMS SSKC (Kansas City).Profile: Reconciliation of Books of Accounts of Investment manager and Custodian Banks. Reconciliation involves cash, Assets and Accruals. Reconciling Net Asset Value of the fund with account details provided by Bank. Reconciliation of Fund books with Bankbooks and Broker Cash. Escalation & Acquisition of concerned bank data. Communication with client on various issues. Client interaction and trouble shooting. Cash reconciliation is done on daily basis to know the position of the cash balance at the end of day and to reverse the position if any account is overdrawn. Monthly Reconciliation is final reconciliation including recons of asset accruals and month ending cash balance and Net asset Value for particular month on the audited and final data, Analyze and Compare the Net assets Value on an Analysis Tab. Providing personal remark on each reconciliation report based on in-depth analysis. Suggesting process improvements and sharing the same thru common database. Understand the business requirement while building reconciliation in TLM and blending the process knowledge and resolving their queries. Adhere to strict timelines to meet deadlines for project completion. Daily MIS reporting to the Operations Manager & Client.
