Network Engineer
Current- Specialized in configuring and troubleshooting Cisco Router 4321 to optimize network performance and reliability, ensuring seamless connectivity for our clients.- Planned and tailored IP network architectures, considering scalability, security, and compatibility, to establish resilient and future-proof infrastructures.- Proficiently administer LAN and WAN environments, collaborating with ISPs and NSEs to optimize connectivity, bandwidth utilization, and troubleshoot issues promptly for uninterrupted network operations. Working with NSE and ISP to deliver network links at customer sites.- Follow-up on trouble Tickets to ensure problem resolution within service level agreements.- Promptly document all problems reported by way of trouble ticket system and always maintain accurate- Provide administrative support to all Amazon EC2 instances.- Worked on Docker container to create docker images for different environments.- Used Kubernetes to orchestrate the deployment, scaling and management of Docker Containers.- Kubernetes services monitor using Prometheus, Grafana.- Providing the cost optimizing solution on cloud platform.- Monitor CloudTrail and cloudwatch logs.- Deploy the application using CICD and test the application.- Upgrading CPU, memory and network resources.- Working with Ticketing Tools ( Service now).- File system management which includes disk space, permissions and ownership related issues.- Maintain the IAM users and Group Management.- Performance monitoring and resource utilization.- Providing the access to team for EC2 instance with key pair
