I started my career as a second line customer support executive at Route Mobile Ltd which is a cloud communication platform service provider. At Route Mobile I used to resolve technical issues which the customers faced and analyze customer feedbacks to improve customer service and reduce customer wait time. After working at Route Mobile for 2 years I decided to pursue Masters in Management Science from University of Texas at Dallas. I completed a summer internship at Kohl’s as a Sales Analyst where my role was to analyze the weekly reports and find the best and worst performing products and develop strategies to improve sales.
