Responsible for designing, developing, customizing, and maintaining solutions within the ALM platform to support various aspects of application lifecycle management (ALM) and software development processes.Customization and Development:Design and implement custom workflows, states, and transitions to align with project-specific processes.Develop custom templates, forms, and fields to capture and manage project data effectively.Create and modify document templates to ensure consistent documentation practices.Implement and customize user interface components and layouts to enhance user experience.Integration:Integrate ALM Softwares with external systems, such as version control systems, defect tracking tools, and test automation frameworks.Ensure data synchronization, automated data exchange, and seamless communication between ALM Tool and external tools.Automation:Implement automation to trigger actions based on workflow events, such as sending notifications, updating fields, or generating reports.Reporting and Analytics:Create custom reports, dashboards, and metrics to provide insights into project status, progress, and quality.Implement data visualizations and charts to facilitate data-driven decision-making.Requirements and Test Management:Configure and customize requirements and test management modules to match project-specific needs.Develop and maintain traceability between requirements, test cases, and other artifacts.Security and Permissions:Configure user roles, permissions, and access controls to ensure data security and compliance with organizational policies.Documentation :-Document customizations, configurations, and integrations to ensure knowledge transfer and maintainability.
