During my time as a volunteer at Circle Of Care, I had the opportunity to make a real difference in our community. My main focus was on supporting elderly individuals and helping those in need. Here’s what I was involved in:Engaging with the Elderly: I frequently visited elderly homes, spending quality time with the residents. We did various fun activities together, which not only brought joy to their lives but also created a sense of companionship.Organizing Donations: I coordinated efforts to collect clothes, such as sarees, T-shirts, and footwear, from retailers. These donations were then distributed to needy and poor families, ensuring they had access to essential items.Providing Essentials: I helped distribute food and clothing to vulnerable populations, addressing their immediate needs and contributing to their overall well-being.This role taught me a lot about community service and the importance of empathy. It was incredibly rewarding to see the positive impact we had on people’s lives, and it strengthened my commitment to helping others.
