I had an incredible training experience at the Hydromechanical department of Tehri Pump storage plant of Tehri hydro development complex. My day to day activities included overseeing the whole installation of the four VSI turbines, the welding and installation of the ferrules used in the head race tunnels, tail race tunnels, bifurcations, installation of the butterfly and main inlet valves and the whole hydromechanical aspect of the pump storage plant. I have gained a lot of knowledge and hands on experience in the energy sector as well as the working of Hydro power plants and Pump storage plants in detail.
