I am creative and Passionate Pastry Chef, having 10+ years of extensive experience in the field of of Pastry; heading the Pastry team in IMG World of Adventure. My past experience has been in Bubo Barcelona,Abudhabi in chocolate and pasty kitchen. Bubo gave me an exposure to gastronomic pastries and recent trends in European pastry making. I have also worked in Cle` Dubai in pastry-bakery. Hyatt Pune, India has contributed to my experience to a great extent. Working with Aamby Valley, Shara Star, Dukes retreat has given me more exposure to the industry.I have pursued my BBA in Hospitality and Tourism Management from Kohinoor IMI Hospitality Management, Khandala. Higher Diploma in Hospitality Management from international School of Hospitality Management, Switzerland.I excel by utilizing interpersonal and communication skills to lead, influence and encourage staff members; also advocate sound financial/business decision making; demonstrating honesty and integrity; leading by example.
