Employee Engagement and Employee Relations: Grievance Handling: Being a major role of ensuring that all the employee grievances are resolved. Handling all the queries related with salary slips, leaves, attendance, ESI & PF. Develop strong relationships and effective communication between Company & Employees.Employee Exit Process: Exit interviews: tracking and conveying feedback received during exit interviews for instituting systems to improve employee morale and motivation Exit formalities and preparing and issuing relieving letter and experience letter.
