Job Responsibilities: Providing Employee Facilities.Providing Transport FacilitiesInteracting with Customer and Vendor for Business developmentPreparation of Inward and Outward Register Maintain Employee Attendance RegisterMaintenance of Daily Work SheetTaking care of office infrastructures and purchasing of required things whichare necessary in the work place which includes computers, internet, furniture, Xerox machines, telephones, Coffee Machines etc.Getting the quotations for the items which are required and then decide the best as per the management's decision.Responsible for the entire stationary purchase and maintenances.Handling the employee ID cards as per the employee details and order for them.Responsible for arranging cabs for employees pick and drop, and also for the delegates who are on a visit to the office.
