About Pratheeksha Subramanian

I’m an an independent filmmaker from Coimbatore, where I was also born and raised. Pursued Bachelor's & Masters degree in Visual communication & Electronic Media, from PSG college of Arts & Science, I decided to work towards my passion for filmmaking. I made my first short film, "Anbil Aval" in the year 2017 which won the Best short film awards and the Best Director award in several short film festivals and made 8 other Short films since then which also got recognized and won prizes in the various short film festivals. And worked as a co-director and art director in the Web-series " Lockdown Kadhal" After which I had got the opportunity to direct a Web-series " Jungle Resort " of 5 Episodes for a YouTube channel "Eruma saani". I currently work at an Edu-tech company as a production Coordinator which involves Direction, Digital designing and video editing.
