As a little girl, I remember being amazed at software. "How do they show output after taking input" I always wondered. As a 12th Grader, I got an opportunity to make my own program. I made a Blood Bank Management Project. Soon, I realized that software does not only give back output, but it also solves problems. Joining the dots, I concluded I want to be a Software Developer to solve problems by building services.To accomplish my goal, I needed to enhance my skills and so the Blood Bank Project was converted to a website where I learned essential web development languages such as HTML/CSS/Bootstrap/Java along with Database concepts.With smartphones taking the world like a storm, I had to put on the learner's hat where I learned the Swift programming language and Firebase to bring Blood Bank Project to the iOS platform. By then, I was pursuing my Master's Degree in Canada and have co-founded CraveIt and PartyWise. (CraveIt is a part of Co.Labs' COHORT 7) I am also an active member of Toastmasters International which has made me realize the power in "We and Us" over "I and Me". It has helped me hone my leadership and communication skills which I once thought would be a laborious task. I have just begun my journey into the professional world and I understand there's a lot to learn and level up and to be honest, I wouldn't have it any other way.
