Electrical Maintenance Engineer
Current• Pilot SRC Major/Minor repairs and Load tests for green carding generators and deliver them to project sites in excellent condition.• Direct the Planning & Scheduling of tasks to team members and assign weekly/monthly/quarterly targets. • Lead in the Testing and Commissioning of refurbished generators.• Spearhead the Deep Sea Controller Program Logic development and create Parameter Files for newly launched products & Controller Upgradation Canopies.• Execute Gas Generator Testing & Engine Tuning, Synchronization, Operational Work and Troubleshooting.• Perform Load Testing and synchronization of various Diesel Generators, including Cummins, Scania, Perkins & Iveco.• Undertake troubleshooting of Generator Controller Units, Switch Gear Panels, Circuit Breakers and Engine Controllers (ECM/ECU).• Prepare & organize Repair Estimates, Test Reports, relevant documentation and CCAN, MO6 Updates for the respective generators.• Interpret test results to diagnose malfunctions & adjust, repair and replace defective parts.• Proactively partner in the Quality, Health, Safety & Environment Initiatives vis-à-vis Company Policy and Local Regulations and train colleagues to follow all guidelines.• Read and interpret electrical and electronic circuit blueprints, diagrams & schematics.• Identify risks in the respective work areas and conduct assessments to ensure mitigation and optimize safety.• Conduct periodical quality inspections of equipment to confirm all is in order and functioning at their optimum.• Manage Inventory to ensure that there are no shortages or shortfalls which could lead to production delays. • Ensure task completion within the set deadlines.
