I am into an EPC Project for the Installation of Parallel Propane/Butane line at ADGAS Das Island Plant.Overall responsibilities include Planning, Scheduling and Monitoring of activities related to Engineering, Procurement and Construction using Primavera P6 Allocation of Manpower, Material and Equipment to projects based on the budget / rolling plan and criticality of the project. Analyze drawings, specifications and statement of work in the preparation of activity networks for planning. Work out man hour requirements based on quantities and productivity norms. Prepare and finalize plan with weightage for different activities which are the basis for project progress measurement. Analyzing plans and identifying potential risk factors. Monitor the actual cost of projects compared with Budget / Business plan and provide suggestions to improve the cost control measures. Prepare Daily progress report and control on deployment of manpower and machines. Prepare S-curve for progress planning, resource planning, Manpower histograms, monthly forecasts. Work out scope of project based on Contract. Definition of project scope and contractual milestones Assigning Project Team and Allocation of Roles & Responsibilities  Establishing Project Budget Development of Project Management & Execution Plan  Preparing Daily/Weekly/Fortnightly/Monthly Progress Report Executing Cost & Risk Analysis Performing progress updations
